Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SEO Data Archiver, a Chrome extension that helps you export Google Search Console data to your Google Sheets. By installing, activating, accessing, or using SEO Data Archiver, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use SEO Data Archiver.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must use SEO Data Archiver only with Google accounts, Search Console properties, and Google Sheets that you own or are authorized to access.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, browser environment, activation credentials, and any spreadsheets or connected properties used with the product.

Subject to these terms and successful activation, SEO Data Archiver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own internal personal or business use.

A single purchaser may use SEO Data Archiver across multiple websites or properties that they own or are authorized to manage. The license does not permit resale, sublicensing, public sharing of license keys, or redistribution of the product to unrelated third parties.

SEO Data Archiver may offer a free trial period. Trial availability, duration, and included features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Paid access is currently offered as a one-time lifetime license. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information so that your license details can be delivered.

If SEO Data Archiver offers a 30-day money-back policy, approved refunds will revoke the related license and any right to continue using paid features under that purchase.

SEO Data Archiver depends on third-party services and platforms, including Google Search Console APIs, Google Sheets, Google authentication services, the Chrome browser, the Chrome Web Store, and Stripe. Your use of those services remains subject to their separate terms, policies, and technical limits.

We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, API changes, account restrictions, policy enforcement, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

SEO Data Archiver is designed so that data processing occurs locally in your browser, and authorized data flows directly between Google services that you connect. SEO Data Archiver does not promise custody over your Google accounts, spreadsheets, or Search Console properties.

Your use of the product is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative versions of SEO Data Archiver except as allowed by law;
• share, resell, lease, or transfer activation credentials in a way that exceeds the licensed scope;
• use the product for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized access to third-party data or systems;
• attempt to bypass technical limits, payment controls, licensing checks, or platform restrictions.

SEO Data Archiver is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or compatible with every Chrome, Google, or spreadsheet environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Data Archiver will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

If liability is imposed despite the foregoing limitations, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license.

We may suspend or terminate access to SEO Data Archiver if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the product, or created risk to the product or other users.

We may also modify, improve, limit, or discontinue any part of SEO Data Archiver, including pricing, feature availability, and licensing terms, when necessary. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of SEO Data Archiver after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
